(More customer reviews)Overall these frames a good. They aren't amazing but they are far from horrible. I upgraded the hanging hardware but that is a personal preference, what they send will work. I ordered 25 of these frames for an art show. They arrived on-time and were packed to take on a war! They were double bubble wrapped and then foam padded so all of them got here without a scratch. (Far from my experience with other vendors)
If you're looking for a decent frame to show off your work, these are it!

Most of the things we found were for liquids only, and many were too large, or long and skinny so you wouldn't be able to dip in a spoon or fork. We tried several that she didn't like. But this one was just right for my little Goldilocks. Although it can hold twice as much as she needs, it is compact for packing, has a wide mouth for big chunks, and a lid that serves as a cup or bowl. Most important, it keeps food really hot and never leaks. And when she's happy, I'm happy!

Char Broil 10301567-26 435 Charcoal Barrel Grill Review

(More customer reviews)For those who want to return to Charcoal this is a good first step. The product is MASS produced with the same problems as any MASS produced item. Things are stamped and spot welded. By that I mean the quality is not there. An example is the bracket for holding the fire pit is stamped and spot welded. On my grill it was bent so I tried to bend it back into shape and it broke. Then what can you expect from and entry level product. Do not expect to assemble this product by yourself, I did and it was not a pleasant experience. By myself it required two hours work for a 45 minute project. This grill performed well the first time I used it and I am improving on the use of the smoker. All in all, I am very pleased with this product and again it is a good first step.

Singer CE-100 Futura Sewing and Embroidery Machine Review

(More customer reviews)What makes this product so attractive is that by connecting it to a computer you can get an endless amount of embroidery designs. It is also a full feature sewing machine.
I bought this item for my wife's birthday. It does everything that is advertised. The sewing functions are straight forward, and everything worked as it should.
The embroidery isn't as staight forward. The instructions are very poor, and limited. Although I have to admit, that I figured most of it out fairly quickly. The embroidery is slow, and of course you have to change thread for every color change in your pattern. The designs came out looking good. I also downloaded some free designs from other sites, and they worked just as well.
My problem with this machine is two fold. The one we bought broke after only a few hours of use. It was a minor problem. The bobbin holder had a crack where the tension screw goes in. At first everything was fine, but within a few hours the thread started catching in the crack until it was unusable. I'm sure that this won't be a problem for most customers.
The second problem is much more severe in my opinion. No one has parts for the machine, and it's near impossible to even get a parts list. One item that doesn't come with the machine that my wife wanted was a zipper foot. The part number for that item was listed in the book, but when I went to find it, absolutely no one had it. I even wrote Singer's part's department, and they wrote back telling me to call.
It's a neat machine. As long as you get one that works, and aren't concerned about parts availability, I don't think you can find a better ebroidery machine for less money.

Singer 7463 Confidence 30-Stitch Electronic Sewing Machine Review

(More customer reviews)The first one I got was in Jan '09. It lasted me until June, and I started having a lot of problems with it. It started making terrible noises, sounded awful, wouldn't sew straight, stitches were inconsistent, tension was messing up intermittently I had to stop using it for vacation, got back and it was worse than ever. I sent it in for service (it took 3 weeks) and they sent it back saying they had adjusted the tension and found nothing wrong. It worked quietly for about 10 minutes, and then started freaking out again. I took it back and they swapped it out for a new one . The new one started having problems with feeding the fabric and rattling by the second day. The pressure on the presser foot was off, and there was no way of adjusting it. No way to lower the feed dogs either. I ended up returning it for a refund.
I was really disappointed with the quality of this machine. I wanted it to work well, and it did... briefly. It seems Singer has really lowered the bar with their quality standards.

(More customer reviews)After considerable research, we decided to get this sewing machine for our 9-year old daughter. We feel this is the best low-cost sewing machine for the money. Although many of the components are plastic, the machine is sturdy and well made. It includes a foot-pedal, does not require batteries, and closely resembles the basic features and shape of a traditional $100+ sewing machine. I only give this item four stars because there is no light.
After helping our daughter select the proper thread and tension adjustment, she has made several hats, skirts, and so on. We have also found that no matter how cheap or expensive a sewing machine is, there are going to be problems if it is your first time at sewing. Many people don't realize that there is a fair amount of knowledge and skill required to make ANY sewing machine stitch properly. If you can't get your sewing machine to stitch properly it is most likely tension setting, thread selection, etc..

Factory-Reconditioned Hunter HR23285 70-Inch Cocoa Ceiling Fan with Light Review

(More customer reviews)In a nutshell, it is obvious that this is a motor intended for a 52" fan trying to power 70" blades.
The 70" blades are distressed and overall the finish on this fan is gorgeous, its a real looker. But it has five fan speed settings, when even the highest only blows does not move the volume of air of the 52" fan it was replacing.
That fan, on high, moved at sufficient velocity that papers on the floor would be blown out of the way. This does not happen on the 70", although you do feel the breeze and it does move that volume of air very quietly since the fans are moving much slower.
How it achieves its 8K+ CFM rating I am not sure.
I had thought the poor reviews I had read were because people were using too short of a downrod, but even w/ a 16" downrod on my 10' ceiling, its just plain weak.
The other problem is that this uses rubber grommets to attach the fan blades. These are likely to cause blade droop after a few years as the rubber compresses on the inner face, and it means that completely accurate balancing is impossible since the blades themselves can move while in motion. Expect slight wobbling after balancing.

Singer 14SH654 FreeArm Overlock Sewing Machine Serger Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased this serger from Walmart about a week ago. The low price is what lured me in, and I have not been terribly disappointed yet, considering what I paid for it. Sergers are fairly complex and take a lot more patience to operate than sewing machines. You can expect to put at least an hour or two into setting this machine up, and should plan on running a few scraps of fabric through it initially to adjust the tension dials, which can be a bit finicky and over-sensitive. The machine comes with a DVD that is INFINITELY more helpful than the manual, and with a lot of patience and several failed attempts, I was able to thread it correctly and produce a stitch. My only complaint is that the stitching can be inconsistent at times, no matter how much I fiddle with the tension dials, but I cannot say I expected a flawless machine at such a low price. This is a nice machine for those on a budget or who use their sergers lightly. I only use mine for finishing the edges of light-weight fabrics, and it suits my purposes quite well. A more expensive machine would probably function more consistently, true, but I'm thankful there's a serger out there that meets my more stringent budget!

At highest speed, which I would not use, it seems really efficient and moves a lot of air, I can detect some out of balance motion.
