(More customer reviews)The fan was relatively easy to install for one person, and once up, and got the light ring right-side up, duh!, the bulb installed, large dome closed, the fan immediately ran, quietly, and vibration-free up to level 2. At highest speed, which I would not use, it seems really efficient and moves a lot of air, I can detect some out of balance motion.

Casablanca 65G45D Verrazano Ceiling Fan, Brushed Nickel Review

(More customer reviews)This fan is beautiful...was featured in a modern home trade show on the Today show a few years ago. It's whisper quite and has an industrial grade motor.
The fan weighs 40 lbs. so it's a two person job to install unless you have low ceilings.
The only con is the glass cover is difficults to remove for bulb replacement.

(More customer reviews)We bought two casablanca concentra ceiling fans. Each had a bad bearing in the motor causing a very loud hum and vibration. We returned both of them and ordered two more. One of the new fans is fine, but the other also has a very loud hum, so we have returned it. We are trying again, but given that 3 out of 4 of the fans were defective, our odds are not high.

(More customer reviews)Love the design of this fan. Very quiet and lots of extras included in the product. Only drawback is that it provides very little light. If you are looking for a fan that provides high strength lighting this may not be the fan for you. The wattage of the light bulbs suggested is limited. I will need another type of light in the room where it is installed. If that is not a concern I would highly recommend this fan. Love the security feature it provides.

(More customer reviews)The fan looks and works great now, but it was not fun to install. I have an old-style metal electrical box in the ceiling that is braced to the ceiling joists on either side. Well, this fan install requires screwing wood screws into a structural member above the box, which I did not have. So I installed one. Next, I discovered that the old box was more narrow than newer boxes, which the fan connector plate could not account for and it was deep, which the wood screws could not account for. I ended up having to make a run to the home improvement store to buy 4" screws and then retrofit the fan connector plate to accept them. If this does not sound like fun to you, make sure you have a new electrical box or steer clear of Hunter.

(More customer reviews)Heavy fan but it looks great installed. It has a strong wind factor, but fan blades must be 7 feet or higher for you to take advantage. If you have a 8' high ceiling (as I had) use a Low-Profile installation. It is difficult in this fan but worth it.

(More customer reviews)Just installed this fan...what a nightmare! I can't believe how poor some of the features are designed given the price tag. I made up some never before heard cuss words when trying to install the hatch screw. It is the equivalent of trying to thread a needle without being able to see the needle. There is no way to align this square shaped fan so the edges run parallel to the edges of your room once you have it installed. I even called their tech service department but they were no help at all. Also, there is no way to wire this thing so the light and the fan can be operated by separate switches. This thing sux!!!!
