(More customer reviews)I decided to save money and bought this drum for MFC 4800. Previously, the brand-name drum worked for more that 2 years. This one started to malfunction in 4 months! I've tried everything I knew, including replacing the cartrige - just in case - no effect! It now prints the left quarter of the page very faintly. I'm going back to the brand name!
