(More customer reviews)First off the parts look used throughout and not in a "it's supposed to look that way" way. The fan is anything but silent. I really wish I would have purchased a Hampton Bay fan. The are so much better looking and at this point I believe they have better quality than Hunter fans. The Hunter reps took my info about the broken and missing parts but never sent replacements. I ended up switching for a builder quality construction fan from when the house was new. Hunter is not the same company they had been. Buy something else you will be far happier.
